Ana Bonet is a CONICET Researcher at UCSF and an associated researcher with the Global Studies Programme – FLACSO. She is the co-director of the Advanced Studies Center ECOCENO. She completed her postdoctoral research with a CONICET scholarship. She holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Bremen, Germany, and a Master’s in Law (LLM) from the University of Freiburg, Germany. She is a Lawyer from UNL, Argentina, and is also a Mediator. Ana Bonet leads the Socio-Eco-Legal Research Team at UCSF, Argentina. Her current project is titled “Legal Regulation of Access for the Realization of (Socio-)Ecological Rights.” She is a member of the research team CAI+D: Human Right to Food in Santa Fe, at the FCJS-UNL. Additionally, she is an invited researcher at the Max-Planck-Institut for International Law in Heidelberg, Germany.
